Novo Fogo

Novo Fogo takes a wholistic approach to cachaca production.  They are committed to only using USDA certified organic sugar cane grown on family owned estates and producing their cachaca according to traditional methods, using human hands, in tiny batches (130 liters each).  The Silver Cachaca is rests in stainless steel for one year, while the Barrel-Aged Cachaca spend time in used bourbon barrels.
